Satara is a Researcher at Equi.

She holds a Economics & Politics (BSc Hons) degree from the University of York, her interests revolve around international affairs, political economy and identity politics.

Satara has previously been involved in advocacy related to British Muslims, as well as being the founder of the York Diversify Politics Society, a society which discusses political issues outside of the traditional Eurocentric scope.

She has a strong passion for British Muslim women and youth.
