Dr Jennifer Philippa Eggert
Jennifer Philippa Eggert is the Director of Policy and Research at Equi.
Jennifer has nearly 25 years of experience working with NGOs, thinktanks, community initiatives and international organisations in the UK and abroad. Most recently, she was Research Director at the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen), Senior Research and Programme Associate (and Acting Director of Research) at the Joint Learning Initiative on Faith and Local Communities (JLI), and Head of Research at Islamic Relief Worldwide.
Jennifer also worked for universities in the UK, Germany and Belgium. She was a visiting researcher at Princeton University and at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Jennifer holds a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, an MSc in Comparative Politics (Conflict Studies) from the LSE, and a BA in Social and Cultural Sciences (which included a year of study at Sciences Po Paris) from the European University Viadrina in Germany.
