Ruwayda Shariff

Ruwayda is a Researcher at Equi.

She has previously worked with several central government bodies and local authorities, focusing on the design and delivery of evidence-based policy, research, and reports across areas including local economic development, refugee integration, and housing.

She holds a BA in International Development from SOAS, University of London, and a Master’s in Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics, where she specialised in local economic development. She has a strong interest in place-based policies and data-driven insights.
