Job Opportunity: Equi is hiring a Senior Researcher

Equi is recruiting a Senior Researcher to help lead our research programme, drawing on British Muslim insight to develop practical policy solutions that improve outcomes across the UK.

Reporting to our Director of Research, the successful candidate will lead projects from design to publication, line manage researchers and volunteers, and engage with policymakers, academics and communities.

We are looking for someone with strong qualitative and quantitative research skills and a postgraduate qualification in the humanities, social sciences or public policy.

The role is home-based within the UK, with travel to meetings and events as required. It offers:

• A salary of up to £36,000 per annum, full-time equivalent.
• An initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
• A working pattern of at least four days per week.
